Returns and Refund Policy

Returns Limitations

Customers have the right to cancel orders up to 14 days after the purchase of a good or service. The customer also holds the right to return a product, with no reason required, for the first 14 consecutive days once the product has been delivered.

Once this time frame as elapsed Our Company holds the right to refuse a return of a product.

 

Refund Limitations

For goods, clients hold the right to a full refund within the first 14 consecutive days of a purchase being made and/or the first 14 consecutive days of a product being delivered.

If a product is not fit for purpose Our Company will launch an investigation to understand who is at fault and bring forth a resolution. To bring faulty products to our attention, contact us HERE

 

For services, clients hold the right to a full refund within the first 14 days of a deposit being paid, with the exemption of the work commencing within these first 14 days. Once this time has elapsed and/or the work has commenced Our Company reserves the right to not return the deposit paid. Clients must cancel services 14 days before work commences to ensure they are not charged part of the total fee. If clients do not cancel 14 days before work commences clients may be liable to pay up to 50% of the agreed fee. Once work commences clients may be liable to pay 100% of the agreed upon fee. Our Company reserves the right to take legal action if the client refuses to pay the fee.

Condition of Products

Where a product is fault or not fit for purpose please contact us HERE to launch an investigation. The product can be returned to Our Company and once investigation is complete a refund or replacement item, to the same value can be shipped to the customer.

 

Return Shipping

In the case of faulty or not for purpose products Our Company will reimburse the fee for shipping returns.

In the case for general customer returns where the product is fit for purpose Our Company reserves the right to charge the client for returns.

 

Damaged goods

As stated, goods that are damaged or not fit for purpose will result in an investigation into the reason for a good being in such condition. 

Damaged goods should be brought to the attention of Our Company via our contact information, HERE, immediately after delivery. If the 14-day rest period elapses Our Company reserves the right to refuse a return of a faulty product. Should the customer be found to be at fault for such damage the customer may be held liable to pay return shipping costs and be refused a refund or replacement good. If there are no replacement goods available Our Company reserves the right to offer you a different product up to/or the same value as the original purchased item. If a less valuable item is chosen, no credit will be issued.

Once an item is returned Our Company will issue a refund/replacement within 30 days of receiving the faulty good

 

Returns Process

Goods must be returned within the first 14 days of delivery. Goods that are returned after this time may be refused and customer may be charged shipping to receive their good again.

Goods that are being returned should be brought to Our Company’s attention, by contacting us HERE. Initial contact should be made before the postage of the good.

Once an item is returned Our Company will issue a refund/replacement within 30 days of receiving the faulty good

 

Replacement or Refund

Refund – customers who wish to receive a refund need to return items or cancel services within 14 days of the initial purchase, or in the case of goods return the good within the 14 days rest period after delivery. Services must be cancelled 14 days before work commences, if services are not cancelled 14 days before work commences the client may be liable to pay up to 50% of the total fee agreed upon. If the work commences the client is liable to pay 100% of the agreed upon fee. If refused Our Company reserves the right to take legal action, if deemed necessary.
